Our crew has spent more than two decades pouring foundations across San Jose and the surrounding counties — expansive clay soil that swells and shrinks with the seasons, hillside lots that need real grading and drainage engineering, and the tight-lot ADU projects that have become one of the most common builds in the Bay Area. That's long enough to have worked from just about every kind of soil report and plan set a Bay Area building department will see.
We're licensed, bonded and insured, and we build to your architect's and structural engineer's stamped plans — not our own shortcuts. When a soil condition or site constraint means the plan needs a second look before we pour, we flag it early instead of after concrete is in the ground. That's the trade we've made: fewer change orders, more repeat work from the same GCs and architects.
